Scholaridge materials remain our property. You may use them for personal, educational purposes. User-uploaded content remains yours, but you grant us a license to host and display it to deliver the service.

The platform may link to third-party content (e.g., past papers, external references). We are not responsible for third-party materials or their policies.

7. AI and guidance

AI outputs are suggestions only. Verify answers against official curriculum guidelines and exam boards. We do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.

8. Beta features

Beta functionality may change, break, or be removed. Feedback helps improve stability.

9. Disclaimers

Scholaridge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scholaridge and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
